Good treadmnill for price, no problems and had it 3 years so far

I do not speak for customer service because I needed it. So maybe their customer service is suck, I do not doubt the other tests. I know some areas in customer service do not suck today.

Anyway, I had this treadmill for over 3 years, use it quite often, and never had an issue with me. Its not super fancy, but it has all the basic needs Runner (timer, heart rate, incline, variable speed, etc.) and not terribly expensive.
